Michael has over 30 years of senior leadership experience in the Financial Services sector on an international level and has served on a number of corporate boards. His industry experience includes banking, insurance, trust and investment management. Michael has also served on boards of non-profit organizations, including hospitals and foundations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund, an industry-sponsored non-profit organization that provides protection to investors in the event of insolvency of an investment dealer.

With 30 years of experience in the business world, Roland Courtois has established an enviable reputation as an industry professional, entrepreneur and manager. He has been serving on Addenda Capital’s Board of Directors since 2008.

Claudio has over ten years of experience in trading and portfolio management. Prior to joining Addenda Capital, he acted as Vice-President, Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Trader at State Street Global Advisors (2001-2013), where he also held the title of Fixed Income Operations Manager (2001-2004).

We have significant experience in the management of insurance assets. While traditional investment management often places return maximization as the overriding objective, our approach is to offer investment solutions designed to help insurance companies bring efficiencies to the alignment of investment, capital and business considerations.
