S & H Codner's Construction is a family owned excavation company which has been in business for 20 years and has over 50 years experience. We are members of the Better Business Bureau. We are a small company comprised of 5 heavy equipment operators and a civil engineering technologist who work year round. We handle just about any residential project and some larger projects. Some of these projects include: water and sewer installation for condominium units, residential water and sewer hookups, installation of detention tanks, and building roads - to name a few.

Specialty Homes Ltd is a family owned business that was established in 2001. We have a small but efficient team that work well together, ensuring the proper time and care goes into each and every home.
