David T. Yurich has an Honours Degree in Commerce from Laurentian University with a specialty in Investment and Finance. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has also been awarded the designation of Registered Financial Planners (RFP), which represents the hallmark of Canadian Financial Planning designations. David has been involved with the financial services industry for 15 years and during his tenure has held a variety of executive positions including; President of the Ontario Association of Financial Planners (OAFO), President of the Northern Ontario chapter of the Canadian Association of Financial Planners, Board Member of the Canadian Association of Financial Planners (CAFP) and Chapter Advisory Council Member of ADVOCIS. He has lectured on financial planning at Cambrian College and Laurentian University in Sudbury. David has also provided support to a federally funded program set up to counsel start up business ventures, specifically by offering knowledge and expertise in the areas of retirement, tax, investment and insurance planning. He is also responsible for the creation, implementation and monitoring of overall modular and comprehensive financial strategies written for individual clients. In 1999, voted "Member of Distinction" by the Canadian Association of Financial Planners (CAFP), in recognition of David's commitment and contribution to the personal financial planning profession. David received his Registered Financial Planner (RFP) status in 1998, a designation representing the highest professional accreditation available in Canada. David Yurich is also recognized for developing a presentation format called "Operation Debt load", which is being used across Canada, as a tool in educating college and university students in money management. Susan Nardi graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton with an Honours Degree in Economics. She is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with 10 years experience in the financial services industry. Susan's responsibilities within the firm include the administration of daily operations and long-term strategic planning. She welcomes the opportunity to work closely with clients to ensure that their financial needs are effectively addressed. Kimberly A. Roy is a Financial Panning Executive Assistant at Sound Financial Strategies Incorporated* Kimberly graduated from Boreal College in Sudbury with an Honours Degree in Computer Technology. She also has 10 yrs experience in the financial service industry. Kimberly is responsible for ensuring that all firm transactions are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.
