Payment of this Contingent (Profit) Commission may depend on a combination of growth, profitability (loss ratio), volume, retention and increased services that we provide on behalf of the Insurer. We merged with J. James Bousquet in September 2012. With this acquisition we were pleased to obtain Deborah Harper who has her Chartered Insurance Professional designation. She has been a licensed insurance broker for 24 years and has experience in both personal and commercial lines insurance. In her spare time she assists seniors with their care and enjoys spending time with her family and friends outdoors.
