In 1987, Cornerstone Construction Products was established as a company having the sole purpose of delivering high quality roofing products and solutions to the commercial-industrial specification and contractor community. From the beginning Cornerstone has become well known for its extensive knowledge of roofing and attention to detail.

Based on Alcoa’s previous experience with RoofChek the Tifton facility manager called us in to evaluate his situation, We determined that continuing with piecemeal, band aid fixes was no longer an option. A detailed analysis of the existing BUR felts at an independent lab confirmed our initial conclusion that the roof needed to be replaced. Understanding that the facility had extensive rooftop equipment requiring regular maintenance, RoofChek’s in house designers specified a high performance Sentry® Modified Bitumen insulated roofing system that could withstand extensive foot traffic.
