Over the past two decades, ROLER has handled countless data formats and systems. Increasingly, modern systems recognize the need to output data in a standardized and structured format — but there are still many obstacles, especially with legacy systems. ROLER has worked with several clients in a variety of industries to turn messy data output into beautiful documents. Our clients can attest to that. Many clients have come to us after they found that their existing document service providers were having trouble with the data output.

ROLER’s main production facility is a state-of-the-art data storage, composition, and printing and mailing facility. We design, print, insert and mail documents such as invoices, statements, and bills. We do this on time, accurately, reliably, and securely for financial institutions, professional associations, transportation companies, utilities, and other enterprises.

ROLER was founded in 1991 to assist companies who spend too much time and money designing, producing, printing, inserting and mailing important documents such as statements, invoices and bills. ROLER has expanded its services into the content management and document management space. This important addition was designed to assist our clients with the management of information (documents, images, data, records), to improve workflow and to ensure records compliance that meets legislative requirements.

ROLER has substantial experience integrating our ROLER ECMS document management system with industry standard portals. For example, ROLER was among the first to integrate with MemberDirect, Central 1 Credit Union’s internet banking solution. ROLER’s ECMS system has an API that makes it easy to communicate with external systems. If you have an existing portal, we’ll work with you to integrate seamlessly with our document production and archival process.
