Rockhurst Rockhurst has been in business since 1990. We initially offered consulting services in change management, HR management and training. In 1994 we began specializing in career management and executive coaching. Rockhurst Consulting Group was re-named as Rockhurst Careers Group in 1998 to reflect this change in business focus. Ken Zaborniak is principal consultant and founder of the firm. Our Clients Rockhurst has provided over 500 professionals, managers and executives with individual career counseling services and successful job search. T he corporate client base has included the Export Development Corporation, Department of Foreign Affairs – Trade Development, Foreign Service Training Institute, Public Works and Government Services Canada, Revenue Canada – Customs and Excise- GST, Department of National Defense, Department of Fisheries and Oceans as well as private sector clients such as Nortel, National Bank, Bradson Personnel, S&S Software, and Pearmain Partners.
