Curriculum and Academics: The College offers a wide variety of accredited courses to career and corporate clients with specialization in business, office, e-business, networking, IT security, multimedia web design, software development, customer support, office applications, supply chain management, entrepreneurship, business management and clean/renewable education project analyst technologies. The curriculum consists of a solid foundation in theory followed by the application of that theory. We strive to help students acquire skills and knowledge that can be transferred to other related areas of the curriculum and are very careful in sequencing the modules in a program to ensure a solid foundation is laid and to allow for some cyclical learning. Our approach is based on best practices’ "Five Pillars of Career and Community Development" model and on the results of this research. Furthermore, we aim for the higher levels of Blooms’ Taxonomy by engaging the students in debates, posing thought-provoking questions and assigning application exercises and real-world projects that help them apply the theory they have learned in class to situations they will encounter in the workplace.
Instructors and Quality of Instruction: Willis instructors generally have a Masters degree and experience (practitioners) in the field they are working within. Exceptions do happen when a person has the right mix of experience and instructional capability. The key is for our instructors to have excellent communication and leadership skills combined with knowledge and experience in the field they are teaching. All instructors are evaluated twice a year formally but also at the end of each course; the students complete a course evaluation form that provides us with feedback so that improvements may continually happen.

Student Services: We provide counselling, evaluations, financial assistance, Government Security Clearances, tuition tax receipts, accredited diplomas, university degree credits, certificates, industry certifications, prior learning assessment tools, access to computers and our network, student hardware loans, student email accounts and web sites, projects with real clients, career preparation, Job search and entrepreneurship seminars, job placement and in-class & supervised online instruction services.
