Having worked as a corporate clerk his entire career, Steven has extensive knowledge within the field of corporate law. From incorporating a new corporation, to complicated corporate and tax based restructuring, Steven's experience provides him the ability to see the big picture, allowing him to deliver results accurately and efficiently.
