Have five or more years experience in practice, with exposure to a variety of practice areas preferred; Be licensed and in good standing as a lawyer in Ontario; Have excellent oral and written communications skills and superlative presentation skills; Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of legal technology and law practice management issues and topics; Have advanced office technology skills and be an active participant in social media; Be self-directed, well organized and able to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.

Document review work can encompass many different types of activities and circumstances. In conducting this type of work, it may be that you are not providing any legal service, advice or opinion or using your skills as a lawyer, but rather, for example, are summarizing and condensing volumes of information into a legally digestible format, similar to what you might do if you worked for a legal publisher.
