I must tell you how pleased we are with your product AND service I had a question while sitting in Athens Greece trying to call home. I sent you an email before I went to bed and the answer was waiting for me when I checked the next morning. Problem solved( my problem not yours) and absolutely flawless after that.. A travel mate had a question with his phone(not yours) and I sent an email for him. The response was a template telling him to call them. Not quite that easy depending on where you are located and one which could have been answered easily.
