Reliance Construction Group is a family-owned enterprise over half a century old. Originally devoted primarily to real-estate acquisition and development, the Company redefined its focus some thirty years ago, giving itself over entirely to contract construction and to the pursuit of a particular, service-oriented approach to contract construction that at the time was unique in its marketplace.

Reliance is experienced in the construction of the specialized facilities required for advanced-technology research, pharmaceutical research, specialty manufacturing facilities and computer/data facilities. We build clean rooms, control rooms, data processing centers and research laboratories - for banks, digital equipment manufacturers, couriers and telecommunication companies.

We work to tight budgets and we work within budget - invariably. There is evidence for this in the demand for our services as value engineers, in the record of our relationships with our customers and in the record of our performance in bidding competitions. The majority of our customers, content with our approach to pricing, skirt the tendering process altogether in favor of direct negotiation. In the competitions we enter, our bids tend to be among the lowest; our success rate, some 35 percent, is high relative to the industry norm.

This condominium project has an all glass façade, trendy interiors complete with modern kitchen and appliances, and vibrantly colored finishes.

We build warehouses, distribution centers, cold storage facilities, transportation/logistics facilities, heavy industry factories and foundries for a variety of industrial clients, ranging from manufacturers of consumer products through to metals recyclers. The volume of industrial construction we do – amounting to some two hundred buildings over the past decade and generating over two million square feet of new industrial space every year – places Reliance among the top contractors in North America in this market.
