And as he runs along his five mile trek, Rick's well prepared to go the distance because he knows only good things lie ahead. In Vancouver and Victoria, Rick successfully ran in two 26-mile marathons and through training, effort and hard work, he discovered the rewards that come from pushing himself to new limits. When the mind and body feel like they simply can't go on, Rick knows he has the drive, persistence and mental fortitude to go the extra mile. It's provided him with a balance in life and a motivation to always give his best efforts in everything he does. From working out with members of his local running club to helping out in his community and especially in his career in real estate, this simple lesson serves as a constant source of inspiration for Rick.
