Dr Fraser graduated from the University of Waterloo with her Doctor of Optometry in 1981. She promptly moved to BC and began practicing, first in Victoria and then in Langley. After years of practice in Langley, she moved with her husband to Saltspring Island, in search of a coastal lifestyle. She became the solo optometrist on the island for seven years before finally selling her practice and becoming an associate practitioner in Victoria and Sidney. She has experience in all aspects of general optometry, with a special interest in geriatrics.
