Karen is a licensed Property Manager who graduated from UBC with a BSC. She specializes in the downtown Vancouver condominium market and has been actively involved with property investment and management for over 5 years. She currently manages over 30 furnished condominium properties.

The principals of Plan A have been successfully investing in the downtown Vancouver condo market for over 10 years. We have the proven expertise to identify properties which are going to generate above average investment returns. Not all condo properties perform equally. . . we know how to pick the winners.

As a result, many new "boutique' brands are emerging, that offer zero-VOC paint with natural mineral pigments for tinting. A characteristic not seen with larger manufacturers, as this process would be too costly for their production lines. The alternative to "low-VOCs” does not cost significantly more, but may be a bit more elusive in the market place. However, when working with natural paints one should try to use it all up, as there are no rust inhibitors,additives and/or preservatives.
