Archie Roberts has been involved with construction and project management for over 35 years. His roles have varied from direct project management to the CEO of a heavy construction company and on projects from water treatment facilities in the oil sands to luxury Vancouver residential/commercial high-rise buildings. His breadth and depth of experience are unparalleled in the project management industry and he acts as a trusted development adviser to many of Canada's leading pension funds and property owners.

The Rideau Centre is one of Canada's premiere urban malls and is directly adjacent to Ottawa's future Congress Centre. Pivotal is providing project advisory services to the Viking Rideau Corporation, which owns the land being developed for the new Congress Centre.

An important component of the City of Surrey’s downtown revitalization, the Civic Centre Project includes a new LEED® Gold 180,000 ft2 City Hall building, extensive public plaza, an 800 car underground parkade. The project also includes a geothermal energy system that heats and cools the new City Hall as well as the adjacent library and forms part of the City’s District Energy System. Pivotal is providing program and project management services from design through construction that includes the procurement of the project’s AV system and FF&E.

Pivotal Projects has been retained as part of the Parsons Brinckerhoff team to provide General Engineering Consultant Services for the Region of Waterloo’s Rapid Transit Project. The project consists of a 19-kilometre Light Rail Transit (LRT) and a 17-kilometre adopted Bus Rapid Transit (aBRT) transit network through the Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge areas.
