Frank Candido President, Director, Montreal, Quebec fcandido@goldenhopemines.com Mr. Candido led the takeover and subsequent implementation of new management and new technical team in 2006 at Golden Hope. Mr. Candido was appointed Director and V-P in October 2007 and then appointed President in August 2009. Mr. Candido is also a principal/partner of Optimus Asset Management Incorporated, a Montreal-based company that he co-founded in 1994. Optimus specializes in the financing/consulting of private and public early stage and micro cap companies. Mr. Candido is a graduate of Concordia University and McGill University. James E. Tilsley, P.Eng. Chief Geologist – QP, Ste-Justine, Quebec jtilsley@goldenhopemines.com James Tilsley whose career experience has spanned the globe has over 45 years experience as a Geologist. Mr. Tilsley has worked on exploration, development and evaluation of mineral deposits and mineral environments in North, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Indonesia and Greenland. A prolific contributor to industry journals, Mr. Tilsley's has an impressive breadth of expertise. Dany Boillard Field and Logistics Manager, Ste-Justine, Quebec dboilard@goldenhopemines.com Mr. Boilard has been a prospecting exploration consultant on the Bellechasse belt since 1988. Mr. Boilard has experience in the exploration of base metal and precious metal environments in the Appalachians (the Bellechasse belt) and for Diamonds in Nunavut. Mr. Boilard is experienced in all aspects of exploration; from grass roots exploration to grade evaluation process and methodology. Mr. Boilard possesses strong leadership and organizational capabilities. Sasha Asgary Director of Corporate Communications, Montreal, Quebec sasgary@goldenhopemines.com Mr. Asgary graduated with Honors from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and has completed the Canadian Securities Course and Trader Training Course from the Canadian Securities Institute. Mr.Asgary is fully bilingual has been working with Golden Hope MInes since January 2007. Sylvain Ouellette Office Manager, Ste-Justine, Quebec ouellette@goldenhopemines.com Mr. Ouellette, a Bellechasse native, graduated in 1998 from the Beauce-Appalaches CEGEP as an Industrial Engineering Technician. Mr. Ouellette has been employed by Golden Hope Mines for the past 2 years. His past experiences include working in Quebec, Saskatchewan and South-East Asia primarily as an industrial engineering consultant as well as a General Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager and Quality Control Manager. Mr. Ouellete has also worked for the Quebec Government as a Business Counsellor. Robert J. Stocks Chairman of the Board and Director, Toronto, Ontario rstocks@fasken.com Mr. Stocks is currently employed as Counsel at Fasken Martineau, one of Canada's largest law firms. Fasken has been selected as the Global Mining Law firm of the year in 2009 for the fifth consecutive year by Who's Who Legal.
