Pelican International, a world leader in the design and manufacture of kayaks, canoes, pedal boats and fishing boats for over 45 years, is pleased to announce the appointment of Margaret Kordas as its Vice President of Sales. As a member of the executive team based out of Laval, Ms. Kordas will be responsible for setting and driving Pelican’s sales strategy and global expansion. Ms. Kordas brings extensive sales management experience, knowledge, leadership and skill set to help Pelican expand on its recent sales momentum, and continue to drive growth and positive results.

Your pedal boat is built of superior materials and in accordance to stringent quality standards. With adequate maintenance, it will give you years of reliable use. But as with most products, it is subject to wear and tear. If you eventually need replacement parts, technical assistance or product/service information, please contact our Customer Service Department , having ready at hand the product’s model name and serial number ZEP, as well as the date and place of purchase.

How do I find a part number for my boat if I need a replacement part? If your boat is a current model, go to the product page and find your product. You will find a link called “instructions” in the resources section. Click on the link and you will see your boat’s parts. You will need to speak to a customer service representative to validate the part and to order it. If your boat is not a current model, call our customer service department and one of our representatives will be happy to help you.
