ETERNA was founded in 1936 under its original name, Dubeau Brothers Inc., by Jules and William Dubeau. The brothers operated a sawmill located northeast of Montreal, in St-Norbert. Even at this early stage, they were the second largest manufacturer of hardwood in Canada, a testament to their hard work and long-term vision. Ten years later, they changed the vocation of the company, marketing hardwood flooring through building contractors and specialized retailers.

Our integrated operations allow us to offer premium products and services that are in line with market needs and well supported by a strong marketing function.
