Since 1977 ChemTech Consultants Limited has been providing Design and Construction Management Services in Quebec and across Canada. The Company had its beginning in the maintenance and construction of Chemical Refineries. Market opportunities led to a full service Design and Build Contractor with projects in the Civil , Industrial , Commercial and Residential fields as either a General Contractor, Design Profession and/or as a Promoter Developer. Like all good general contractors we have trained experienced personnel, full technical capabilities; a long record of exciting projects we have done; satisfied clients; and the resources necessary to see the job to completion on time and within budget . However, our real competitive advantage is in our attitude. We are Professional Engineers, who inherently believe in delivering value for the Capital Invested. We treat all our suppliers and subcontractors with the same honesty and straightforward attitude that we expect from our clients. We enter into a team relationship with our client (or his design team) to ensure that there are no surprises at the end of the project. We provide a better service than our customer generally expect. Over the years some 200 Million Dollars worth of design or construction projects have been completed by ChemTech Consultants Limited The Principal and chief Shareholder is a Graduate Chemical Engineer from McGill University holding a Doctorate in Pump Engineering.
