Description
Competitive Concrete was established in 1993 by owner Dan Sheremeta. As of June 2002, Competitive Concrete has changed it's name to Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete. With high standards and a commitment to quality, Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete has grown steadily over the years, and now possesses a client list which includes The Richmond Auto Mall, The North Shore Auto Mall, The Vancouver International Airport, and Cypress Mountain to name a few. Dan believes that expertise, gained through experience and training, is one of the primary reasons for his company's success. Prior to establishing Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete, Dan worked with his brother Tom Sheremeta, for ten years, pouring and finishing concrete in the Okanagan. Along with several years of experience in the concrete industry, Dan has also been certified by the American Concrete Institute. The other members of the Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete team have many years of concrete experience as well. In 1995, Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete became an Increte licensed installer.
Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete has the experience of many creative types of concrete in homes around the lower mainland. One job Pacific Sun would like to point out is the Pool Deck repair. The client called describing the state of the Concrete around the pool. Looking at this difficult problem, Pacific Sun provided a solution for the client to make the Pool Deck like new.
Increte Systems has been recognized as a leader in the decorative concrete industry for more than 35 years. The company was founded on the concept that ordinary concrete could be transformed into beautiful life-like reproductions of slate, granite, brick or cobblestone patterns at a cost far less than the application of natural materials. Because the final product so closely resembles the real thing, Increte has earned the reputation of being "Second Only to Nature." Since its inception in 1963, Increte Systems has experienced exceptional growth. From its humble beginnings, Increte Systems expanded to occupy two ultramodern facilities in the heart of Tampa Bay, Florida. A training center and expansive showroom are housed within the spacious 50,000-sq. ft. Increte corporate headquarters located minutes from downtown Tampa. Increte also operates an 80,000-sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing plant just on the outskirts of the city. Increte Systems is supported by a large network of specially trained distributors, installers, and contractors across the U.S. and 68 countries worldwide.
