Description

Fastlane coaches have a total of over 60 years swim training and coaching experience between them. Each were selected for their ability to encourage adults while communicating essential technical tips to improve strokes and performance. We strive to have 4 coaches on deck for every practice, usually 2 at each end for maximal contact with our swimmers. We often set up small group and individual focus opportunities. Also, we encourage you to ask for feedback at any time during or after the workout! Each coach brings talent, experience and great attitudes to the pool deck.
