Dan Mills Vice Chair and Managing Director Dan has 20 years’ experience in capital markets, including substantial direct experience in trading, transaction management, mandate compliance, and risk management. Before joining Northwater in 1997, Dan was a senior portfolio manager with the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS). His responsibilities include the development and implementation of new trading and portfolio management strategies.

Carol Ellis Associate Carol Ellis joined the Northwater in 1998. Ms. Ellis is currently responsible for providing marketing, client service and administrative support to the IP Fund.
