History The Neptune group of companies, consisting of Neptune Properties Incorporated, Neptune Management Limited, and the Neptune Capital Limited Partnership, is a family-owned, Winnipeg-based asset management firm that owns commercial investment real estate across Canada. Our targeted real estate investment activities started in the mid 1990s when we began investing in properties to capitalize on our principal's experience in the construction industry. In 2002 we formalised our new vision to focus on and grow our real estate holdings; since that time our portfolio of wholly-owned assets has more than tripled. From the beginning we have concentrated on the asset and money management aspect of commercial real estate by working closely with third party leasing agents, investment advisors, and property managers; we are owners, not brokers.
