An experienced commercial mortgage specialist, with a focus on land acquisition and multi-family development financing, Ken has structured and placed dozens of loans on behalf of real estate developers with both institutional and private lenders. He also spent several years in mortgage and finance roles with institutions in both Edmonton and Toronto, following his graduation with a Bachelor of Commerce (finance) from the University of Alberta. She oversees the effective operation of the office and supports the business development and project needs of our advisors and analysts. She has over twenty years of progressively responsible experience in administration and management support. Debbie Margolis Vice President, Administration (204) 975-4111 deb@margoliscapital.com Deb oversees the compliance and administrative aspects of the firm, including human resources and vendor relationships. Her industry experience including roles as corporate bank auditor, manager of a regional team of 30 loan and mortgage supervisors and administrators for a major bank, and directing all credit administration functions for a large credit union portfolio. Deb has also held numerous volunteer leadership positions, including HR director for a multi-faceted non-profit organization.
