More than 10 years ago, Edward Gal was in a classroom at the Toronto Business Development Centre on the verge of launching his new company, MotionsMedia Technology and Communications Inc. After spending more than 15 years working for other companies, 12 of them at a Swiss Bank, he was about to realize a dream, and he had no doubt that the journey would not be an easy one. In October of 2012, MotionsMedia celebrated its 10th year in business, and two months later, it was selected as one of “4 top web developers” in the annual Globe and Mail Backbone 200.
