Sean FitzGerald is a partner of Miles Davison LLP and serves on its Executive Committee. Sean is a litigation lawyer, having practiced general civil litigation for a variety of corporate, partnership and individual clients for over 29 years. While his practice is diverse, Sean counsels clients primarily on contract and property disputes, employment matters, negligence and other tort claims, shareholder and other corporate related disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Sean has considerable experience at all levels of the Alberta Courts and is well known by the Calgary Bar and Judiciary.
