Michele joined us in 2001 and became a partner in 2004. Her civil litigation practice is primarily concentrated in the area of employment law, including wrongful and constructive dismissal, duties of departing or competing employees and restrictive covenants in the employment relationship. Michele also has experience in the drafting of employment contracts and other related documents for employers. She has wide experience in a variety of other civil litigation matters, including product liability, debtor-creditor issues and general contract and tort claims.
We provide corporate and litigation experience in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency for both debtors and creditors. If your company is evaluating its options for restructuring or intends to liquidate or seek protection under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) or the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act, we can explain the effects of proceeding in any given direction.
Jason's practice is primarily in the area of family law, with experience in all facets of property disputes, spousal support, custody/access and child support. Jason has a particular interest in Hague Convention cases as well. He also maintains a civil litigation practice, including employment law, product liability cases, collections and a variety of other general litigation matters.
