Tanya Pol Administrator tpol@middlesexterrace.ca The Administrator for Middlesex Terrace Limited is Tanya Pol. Tanya has worked in the long term care sector for 17 years and has a strong passion for the senior population. She attended the University of Guelph and received a Degree in Applied Science with a major in Gerontology. She has also obtained her Long Term Care Management certificate through the Canadian Healthcare Association. She is a certified Administrator through the Ontario Long Term Care Association. As the Administrator, Tanya oversees the operation of the home to ensure all needs are being met and that the daily operation is in compliance with the Standards set out by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. Executive Director of Nursing rnorman@middlesexterrace.ca The Director of Nursing for Middlesex Terrace is Roslynn Norman, R.N. Roslynn is passionate about seniors and works to ensure residents individualized needs are being met. Roslynn oversees the Nursing Department that is made up of Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, as well as Personal Support Workers and Health Care Aides. Roslynn monitors the department to ensure the delivery of exceptional nursing services to the residents who reside at our Home. Roslynn graduated from St. Clair College School of Nursing in 1986 and has worked in Long Term Care at Middlesex Terrace since 1999. Prior to joining the team at Middlesex Terrace, Roslynn worked both acute care (Regional Mental Health Care - St. Thomas, Geriatric Admitting and St. Joseph's Health Care Center, NICU) and community care (Com Care - London ). Jillene Yundt Staff Development/Admissions Coordinator jyundt@middlesexterrace.ca The Staff Development and Admissions Coordinator for Middlesex Terrace Long Term Care is Jillene Yundt. She is responsible for seeing through the entire admission process. From initial contact through CCAC, to the day of admission and so forth, Jillene is the ‘familiar face ’ that both the resident and their family members may approach with personal information, ideas, and concerns to ensure a smooth transition into our Home. In addition, through regular educational in-servicing, Jillene will strive to inspire staff members with topics that cater to their interests and line of work. She hopes each in-service will aid an already enthusiastic staff to continue to provide the very best possible care to the residents of our Home. Shelby Bentley Life Enrichment Director sbentley@middlesexterrace.ca Shelby graduated from both the Recreation and Leisure Services Program from Fanshawe College and the Social Service Worker Gerontology Program from St. Lawrence College. Shelby began her career with the elderly at Middlesex Terrace as a student in 2000. She returned to the home as an Activity Aide in 2002 and became the Life Enrichment Director in 2005.
