Nicole has experience in both community and healthcare settings. As a medical social worker, Nicole's experience includes psychosocial assessments, case management, and discharge planning. Nicole is experienced in providing individual, couple, and family counseling.
Carol Smith is a registered Occupational Therapist who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Carol is a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience working in both the hospital system and in community rehabilitation settings.
With extensive experience in hospital environments, Tanya has provided social work support to individuals and families who are adapting to traumatic injuries, acute and chronic illness. Through her hospital work, Tanya has worked with individuals who have sustained acute spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries and orthopedic injuries. She has extensive experience completing psychosocial assessment and discharge planning with individuals and families throughout the continuum of care.
