Located in Central Ontario, Majac has been servicing the local region since the late 1980's and has grown to be a respected international supplier, with clients extending into the United States and Mexico. In the summer of 2003 our firm launched a new venture with the opening of a division in Mexico (EMTS de Mexico). With our presence in the U.S.A., Mexico and our main office in Canada, we are able to service customer requirements from local inventories. Our product focus since the company’s inception almost 15 years ago remains on the efficient application of cutting tools.

Majac Tooling Supply Ltd. is a Premier Tooling Solutions supplier for the metalworking industry. Our technical personnel focus on the design, sales, and implementation of Carbide and High Speed Steel cutting tools. Specializing in serving the customers needs from the "spindle out ", gives us a competitive advantage over general line suppliers & single line manufacturers. We look for opportunities to maximize efficiencies by working from Part Drawings right back to the spindle and utilizing existing tooling where ever possible.

A large local manufacturer of Stainless & Aluminum parts had a V.M.I. contract with a general line supplier. The contract covered the Assembly, Welding & Machining areas. Most of the contract was working well – with the exception of Machining. Product was not delivered on time and inventory levels seemed to be in a constant state of “flux”. Our solution was not to take the contract on all items for all areas. We took over what we can service – cutting tools! We cleaned all areas, and provided an up to date inventory to the customer.

A large portion of our business focuses on special boring tools for multiple step machining. Removing cycle time and reducing the amount of tools for an application help our customer’s profits. If you are interested in saving machine time and money, please contact us with your boring application.
