Description

Founded in 1974, the International Log Builders' Association is a worldwide organization dedicated to furthering the craft of handcrafted log building.

Gord is the managing director of M&L and one of our senior project managers. He is a Journeyman carpenter with over 20 years experience of working with historic timber buildings, and he specializes in traditional timber-frame carpentry.

The Native Sons Hall dates from 1928 and was designed by William Hagarty, a prominent local architect and constructed by Bill Eastman, one of Canada's foremost bridge builders. Constructed using cedar log palisade walls, it has been in constant use as a community building for over 80 years.

BC Wood is a not-for-profit trade association that has represented British Columbia's value-added wood products industry for over 20 years.
