Yes, Luxy Hair extensions have already undergone a chemical process and are designed to accept color change. We recommend getting them colored at a professional and experienced hair colorist who has previous experience working with hair extensions. We would advice for a one clip weft to be tested prior to coloring the full set to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi-permanent color as it is much more gentle on the hair extensions. We do not recommend getting hair extensions colored in a lighter shade, as it will require them to be bleached. Bleaching is a very harsh and harmful chemical process which will alter the quality of your hair extensions.

Luxy Hair is a Canadian operated company based in Toronto, Canada with shipping facilities in the United States. If you are ordering outside of Canada, your credit card company or bank might charge you a fee of $3-$5 that might even display as if it was charged by Luxy Hair. This fee is not charged by us as it is charged directly by your bank because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin. We will NOT refund this fee as it is not charged by Luxy Hair and therefore you should contact your bank in regards to this charge.

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

At the checkout, make sure that all of your personal information under "Billing Information" matches the exact information (Name, Address, etc) that your credit-card company has on store. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through. If you are unsure, please call your credit card company to see the information they have on file. You can also try going through the regular checkout or PayPal checkout to see if the transaction might go through there. If the problem persists, please e-mail us at info@luxyhair.com with the Luxy Hair Extensions set information (color/weight) that you want to order and your address so that we can e-mail you a custom invoice for your order.
