LARRY CROSSAN

Prior to founding Lexcor Business Lawyers LLP in 1995, Larry practised with two of Canada’s national law firms, including five years on Bay Street and four years in London. Larry is admitted to the Bars of New York and Ontario and has been a lecturer in the Business Law section of the Bar Admission Course since 1991. His education includes a B.Comm. from McGill and JD and M.B.A. degrees from Western. Before entering law full time, Larry worked in banking, corporate finance and hospitality. His business experience and education allow him to be a valuable advisor to businesses of all types. Larry has been recognized as a Certified Specialist in Corporate and Commercial Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
