The firm was founded in May, 1994 when Barry Scott, after 21 years with one of London’s largest law firms, opened his own office. The firm grew to its present size of six partner / lawyers by 1999. In addition to the six partner / lawyers, the firm currently employs seven support staff, including five experienced legal clerk / assistants. As the firm has grown, it has occupied three different spaces in the Station Park office complex on Pall Mall Street, just to the north of London’s downtown core. It has been in its current premises at 252 Pall Mall Street since February, 1999.

The specific areas of practice of the firm’s partners span a broad range of legal services related to wills, estates, real estate transactions, real estate development, condominium and co-operative law, business law, agricultural and land owner issues, commercial and real property litigation, and regulatory offences. The firm also has a broad range of clients, large and small, including individuals, housing corporations, municipalities, institutions, businesses, farm businesses and business corporations.
