With proven results we attract the northern flights of mallards, ring necks, and bufflehead. Including major rafts of golden eye and blue bills. Our family has been in this area for over 75 year’s, and have catered to water fowler’s since our lodge was first established in 1946. We are not new to the hunt, and have catered to hunters from around the world. All our Pro Staff guides are professionally trained. We have ALL the equipment to insure that you and your group have a most successful hunting experience. Including several trained hunting dogs, over 800 decoy’s, flat bottom duck boats with air cooled shallow drive mud motors and avery pop up blinds, military camo netting, a fleet of canoes, giant bail blinds, duck plucking machines. We use 21 ft. boats with full tops to transport your group to the different hunting areas in the darkness. Powered by 150 h.p. Motors or better.

Lecuyer's is located in a very unique area, offering excellent white tail hunting areas, as well as boasts some prime moose hunting opportunities. We have some vast areas that have timber harvesting taking place. These are ideal locations. The region boast nice pockets of animals. All areas are pre scouted by our pro hunting staff to help insure your success. We hunt both the "caps" cut over ridges and around the many small lakes and swamp areas. These are some of the largest bodied moose in North America. We take nice racks each year ranging from 38" to 55". The package hunt is truly all inclusive, you need only bring your personal gear, guns and ammo. We provide all transportation to and from hunting areas, using newer 4/4 trucks and 4 wheelers. Nothing is spared to help in both finding and helping to get your trophy out. You are provided One pro staff hunting guide for each 3 hunters in your party. We also offer combo big game hunts such as moose & deer. After harvesting your moose the fishing and grouse hunting is as good as it get's! Additional guides are available at your request.

Our family has outfitted for trophy moose on the islands of the Lake of the Woods as well as the surronding big bush for over 60 years. These are rifle, shotgun, muzzle loader, and bow hunts. We use 21 ft. boats with full tops, 150 hp. motors, 50 gal. fuel tanks for extended range, 4 wheel drive trucks, ATV's, and canoes. We have a whole host of tools for your guide to use to get you to where the big ones are. We believe you need to use all assets available to be successful, whether it be equipment or areas we are hunting. As a result we have been written about in several papers and magazines on the fantastic results of our 100% fair chase moose hunt!.

Lecuyer's has put together a lease on over 8,900 acre's of wood's and farmland, 45 miles south west of the lodge. 5 farms encompassing 32 separate pieces of Prime hunting property. We have exclusive hunting rights for several years on all the properties. Together with each land owner we are managing both the type of hunt and number of hunters. Unlike the Island/ bush hunts, here we are stand hunting only. We have built some of the finest tower stands anywhere. Being 18' off the ground, with a building 6' by 4' by 6' high. Shooting lanes out all 4 sides, padded swivel seat and urinal, they are very comfortable. Along with the tower blinds we also use the new giant bail blinds and ladder stands. All are over Alfalfa fields on the timbers edge. This small pocket of Ontario grows some of the richest Alfalfa in the world! The deer love it. There are plenty of river bottoms and watering holes scattered throughout the land. Here, we do three, 5 day hunts, taking only up to a maximum of 16 hunters in one season. For those who do not like to walk, this is the hunt for you. You will see plenty of deer each day. Our guides will transport you and you party to your blinds each day.
