On the more creative side, Lafrentz can design and install completely customized safety markings and surfaces . Our customers dream it, and we make it happen! Anything from multi-coloured crosswalks to dual-coloured lines in custom colours— we even integrate safety into our marking products themselves by designing and manufacturing special skid-resistant surfaces for problem areas where safety is a special concern.

Our advanced equipment and experienced crews ensure the results are exacting and meet all safety and visibility requirements. Whether glass bead is required for retro-reflectivity or not, Lafrentz has years of experience applying airport markings in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.

Thermoplastic uses a heat process to create a hydrocarbon bond to the road surface. Lafrentz heats solid plastic blocks to high temperatures, and applies the liquid plastic to either longitudinal or transverse markings. Lafrentz has years of experience working with thermoplastic, and has been applying it to roadways since 1974.
