We provide leading edge concrete solutions from locations throughout Alberta including Calgary, Red Deer, Cold Lake, Grande Prairie, Peace River, High Level, La Crete and with our mobile portable batch plant.

Continuous in house sieve analysis, with periodical third party independent analysis, are performed on our aggregate products continuously during manufacturing to confirm that our products meet or exceed specification required by engineered mix designs.

We then cap the area with a Compacted Granular Base of 2-20 aggregate to specifications required by the engineers design. Most often our Aggregate Division manufactures the Granular Base Material .

Emulsion prime oil is then applied to bond the Hot Mix Asphalt to the road surface. Then, our asphalt plant manufactures a specified hot asphalt mix using a blend of bitumen and aggregates that we crush ourselves . A paving crew places and compacts the asphalt mix according to the specified, engineered design. Higher capacity asphalt plants are used in these situations as conditions are conducive to high productivity.
