Over the past 12 years, Kids & Company has cared for a generation of Canadian children and is one of Canada’s leading child care and early learning providers. Kids & Company was co- founded in 2002 by CEO Victoria Sopik, a life-long entrepreneur and mother of eight, and CFO Jennifer Nashmi, a corporate leader and mother of three. They knew the delicate balance between raising children and having a successful career and filled that need with reliable, nurturing child care.

As an entrepreneur and mother, I know firsthand how challenging it is to balance work and family and I’ve found that finding the right child care is incredibly important.
