GUY DE SELLIERS Director Guy de Selliers has more than 35 years experience in international finance and business. He is currently President and co-founder of HCF International Advisers Ltd., a corporate finance advisory firm focused on the mining and metals industry. Mr. de Selliers is on the board, audit committee and finance committee of Solvay S.A., a leading European chemical group (Euronext listed). He is Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the risk and capital committee of Ageas S.A., a European based insurance group with activities in Europe and Asia (Euronext listed).

DR. MARC FABER Director Dr. Markus Faber has been a director since 2004. Dr. Faber has over 35 years of experience in the finance industry. Dr. Faber is the Managing Director of Marc Faber Limited, an investment advisory and fund management firm based in Hong Kong. He acts as an Executive Director, an Investment Advisor, and a Fund Manager to a number of corporations, private investment funds, organizations, and individuals around the world.

Ivanplats is a Canadian mining company focused on exploration and development of major copper, platinum, gold, nickel and zinc projects, primarily on the African continent. The company's near-term objective is to advance and develop three major projects: the Kamoa Copper Project and the Kipushi Zinc Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Platreef Platinum-Palladium-Gold-Nickel-Copper Project on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex in South Africa.

IAN COCKERILL Director Ian Cockerill has been a director since May 2011 and currently serves as the Lead Independent Director. Mr. Cockerill has more than 35 years of experience in the global resources industry.

MICHAEL GRAY Senior Advisor The former President and co-founder of McIntosh Engineering Inc., prior to its acquisition by Stantec Inc., Mike Gray has extensive experience in the mining industry.
