Mandy joined the Cleantech family in June 2012. Mandy has had over 20 years of professional experience in an administrative capacity. Within her career she has worked in various industries delivering a wide range of services such as technical support, sales, marketing, customer service and employee relations. With her experience and dedication she will be responsible for superior customer service, relationship development and office coordination. Mandy is excited about being your first point of contact with our family and she strives to make it a positive experience for you.

Proactive communication – Through professional training of our uniformed cleaners and detailed communication with clients, we are able to provide personalized, proactive services. This enables us to solve any concerns quickly and accurately. In so doing, we have maintained professional and long term relationships with our clients and our cleaning service personnel. We have both cleaners and clients that have been with us for more than a decade. Cleantech has a great client retention record, a standard that we aim to maintain as our company continues to grow.

I have lived at the Buchanan West building for over 10 years and have never really cared to write in to anyone to say how good a caretaker is doing. I wanted to let you know how lovely and clean our building is since xxxxxx has been here. She has a great attitude and its very clear she has integrity in her work.

Steve worked with Cleantech on a variety of high level management projects in the first two years of being at Cleantech. He has 29 years of experience working with small business management, and has owned and operated his own companies since age 29. A strong foundation was taught to him by Xerox Corporation, after his military service so he is very precise in his standard operating procedures. All of the Portfolio (Operations) Managers report directly to Steve daily as do the now over 200 cleaners, janitors and caretakers working for Cleantech Janitorial.

Javier joined Cleantech in 2012, bringing with him 15 years of experience in the janitorial and maintenance industry. Previously acting in the role of Operations Manager for Regis Corporation. Javier was responsible for a chain of retail stores across the Lower Mainland. Most recently, Javier was one of Cleantech’s caretakers, but with hard work and dedication, was promoted to Operations Manager. In this role, Javier liaisons with Property Managers, caretakers and Cleaners on a daily basis and works with them to maintain and grow Cleantech’s success.
