We are a full service building maintenance company. Our uniformed and trained crews have been servicing lower mainland properties since our company was incorporated in 1991. We have focused on servicing both commercial buildings and Multi Unit residential properties. In order to maintain the highest quality of service we have instituted a program where our estimators perform random audits on the work being done by our personnel. We have made it a policy to address any concerns in a timely manner. After the many years of working with property managers and building owners we have learned to identify with their need for timely and professional service. Full time estimating personnel give us the ability to provide estimates in 4 business days on average. As a founding member of the Exterior Building Contractors Association our mandate is to promote safety and professionalism within the exterior building maintenance industry.
