He has extensive experience with applications, having managed dozens of trading floor applications, combined with specialized application support in international marketplaces. Donald has worked with high performance, high scale applications and focuses on building applications that thrive, through best practice application and software development.

Mike Hicks is a seasoned information technology professional with more than 15 years of experience in the software industry. With an educational background in Computer Science Mike gained his passion for web-hosted, data-base driven systems while working in a new media company that was one of Canada’s first to develop and host streaming video content. This provided a perfect backdrop for him to join Intelex in 2000 as an IT specialist and system administrator just as Intelex migrated to a web-based platform.

He leads the Human Resources department at Intelex, focusing on recruiting, building and engaging the best talent in the technology industry. Responsible for both HR management and employee development John works with the Intelex executive team to encourage and sustain a fun and high performance corporate culture.
