Capitol Buildings has been an owner and manager of Real Estate for more than thirty-five years. Current projects include the renovation of several historically and architecturally significant loft buildings in the King-Spadina area and residential re-development projects in Scarborough and Richmond Hill. We recognize that our most valuable assets do not consist of bricks and mortar but rather satisfied Tenants.
