EDMONTON, ALBERTA — On June 5, 2014, Innovate Building Systems, Inc. (BB:INBD) (the ”Company”) announced the acquisition of a major manufacturer of modular building systems located in Alberta hereinafter referred to as Innovate. Innovate would like to announce that it has entered into an $8.8 million dollar contract to build a 150 man camp for a major multi-national oil company. The plant will be installed at Norman Wells, North West Territories, in Canada.
Malcolm brings several decades of corporate experience to the Innovate team. He is a Chartered Accountant, who as CFO, managed the growth of a trust company (Columbia Trust) from $50 million in assets to over $1 billion over a 5 year period; and subsequently as CFO of Arakis Energy (oil and gas company), managed its growth from start-up to a market capitalization exceeding $3.5 billion.
