Innova public utility products Incorporated was founded in 1984 by Mr.Gilles Dufour under the name of Vis-Tout industriel Incorporated At the time Mr.Dufour was distributing mainly srews, nails and similar hardware products. After he passed away in July 1997 the company was left in hands of is children. Unable to let their father's customers down they stepped up to the plate and brought the legacy to the new millennium. In 1998 Vis-Tout industriel Incorporated was changed to INNOVA Public Utility Products Incorporated and at the same time welcomed a new business partner by the name of Denis Poissant with long experience in the utility field. Since that day INNOVA has grown to a 3 employees based 10X 12 home office to 18 employees working in an 8000 sq foot building and planning to double the size before the year 2010. INNOVA had first anchored itself as a premier supplier, in the province of Québec, of specialized products related to the construction, maintenance and improvement of electrical and communication network. We were and still are representing, exclusively in the province of Québec, various notable manufacturers such as: HASTINGS FIBERGLASS, HUSKIE TOOLS, ALTURNAMATS and several more. In 2002 INNOVA has decided to create a new branch to his already well established market. Using a space age technology, DURALCAN mc, INNOVA has launched a new, most innovative and ergonomic line of confined space rescue products. Always striving to seek out the latest technologies and products to better suit our customer needs, we have become one of the most innovative manufacturer of rescue products in the market and still are continuously innovating to ensure worker's safety.
