Founded in 1995, Infolution is a world leader in Instrument Procedure Design software offering the most advanced information system on the market today. Our team comprises experienced aviation specialists with years of training and experience in handcrafting instrument procedures. Over the years, we have become increasingly aware of the many shortcomings of traditional instrument procedure design, with its lengthy and error prone manual processes, data inconsistencies, and high cost. Infolution aims to overcome these shortcomings. Today’s aviation community needs new tools to speed up procedure design and, at the same time, to increase the safety, the accuracy and the reliability.
Infolution’s mission is to increase flight safety through fully integrated Aeronautical Information System, to protect and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information associated with flight procedures and to lower production costs.
Infolution has established its reputation with one of the most prestigious aviation organizations in the world: the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Infolution collaborated with ICAO to develop and make available a new version of the ICAO Collision Risk Model (CRM): the PANS-OPS Software™. As well, a software replacement for the tabulated Instrument Landing System (ILS) Obstacle Assessment Surface coefficients included in PANS-OPS Volume II, Attachment I (ICAO DOC 8168): the PANS-OPS OAS©. The PANS-OPS Software™ is available at a minimum cost for public use and the PANS-OPS OAS is distributed for free with the PANS-OPS Doc 8168, Amendment 12.
Infolution aims to establish relationships with a number of aviation authorities and agencies world-wide to assist them in increasing the efficiency of their Instrument Procedure design process. As a result, this synergy improves the safety, timeliness, efficiency, reliability and traceability of all their instrument flight procedures.
