I Believe In Miracles Inc. was founded by Carol Chang , a behaviour specialist with over 15 years of experience working with special needs children.

Founder, Ms. Carol Chang was frustrated by her experiences with the quality of treatment services across the Greater Toronto area. Working as a Behavior Analyst for over 15 years at various therapy facilities in Ontario, i t was a challenge for her to find a therapeutic centre that provides high quality services in the private sector.
