Hazzard & Hore is a litigation boutique that was founded in 1993 by Scott Hazzard and Ed Hore. The firm's practice areas include commercial and employment law, and intellectual property law with a proven track record in pharmaceutical litigation. Our clients include financial institutions, major domestic and foreign corporations, pharmaceutical manufacturers, trade organizations, and small to medium size businesses. Our lawyers have experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry, including proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, and have appeared at all levels of the Ontario and Federal Court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
