At Harbour Counselling and Psychotherapy we provide services to individuals, couples, and families. We serve Nanaimo and the neighbouring communities of Lantzville, Parksville, Cedar, and Ladysmith.
We are experienced clinical counsellors focused on providing high quality counselling services in a safe, discrete, and professional manner. Being trained in multiple evidence based approaches, we tailor our methods to meet your needs so that you will reach your goals.
We can help individuals, couples, and families with a variety of common challenges. Our counsellors specialize in aging, teens, couples/relationships, newcomers and helping people align their financial life with their values and goals. Our clinicians are especially equipped to deal with meaning/loss of meaning, grief, fulfillment, transitions, self confidence, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
